Prior to joining ShoreView, from 2003 to 2005, Mr. Gage was a founder and executive of a healthcare services company.  From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Gage was a senior investment professional in the private equity group of Churchill Capital, Inc. Previously, Mr. Gage was with the private equity group Security Capital Preferred Growth and in corporate finance with The Walt Disney Company, and ARCO (now British Petroleum).
 
Mr. Gage received a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and an MBA degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
