Prior to joining ShoreView, from 2004 to 2006, Mr. Ford was an associate with the Boston Consulting Group in Chicago.

At BCG, Mr. Ford worked on several projects across a variety of industries, including consumer goods, transportation services, and industrial products.

Mr. Ford received a BBA degree in Finance from the University of Iowa. Mr. Ford is a CFA charterholder.
