Prior to joining ShoreView, from 2000 to 2003, Mr. Habstritt was an Associate at Churchill Capital, Inc., where he supported the management of two private equity funds.

From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Habstritt was an Analyst in the Credit Risk Management and Advisory group at Goldman Sachs & Co. in New York. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Mr. Habstritt was an Associate at Norwest Investment Management, Inc., the asset management arm of Norwest Bank.

Mr. Habstritt received a BSB in Finance from the University of Minnesota.
