Prior to founding ShoreView, Mr. Mudge joined Messrs. Davis and Wakefield at another investment firm in 1996, where he supported their efforts in the management of two private equity funds.

Previously, Mr. Mudge was a commercial banker in Houston and Minneapolis, where he was responsible for investing in and supporting the needs of middle-market companies.

Mr. Mudge received a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the University of Minnesota. Mr. Mudge is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
