Prior to joining ShoreView, Mr. Kinn was an investment banking associate with Lincoln International in Chicago. While with Lincoln, Mr. Kinn provided analytical support on mergers and acquisitions, financial restructurings, distressed acquisitions and other financial advisory services.

Mr. Kinn received a B.S. in both accounting and finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
