Matthew M. Sznewajs, Principal   Prior to joining ShoreView, from 2002 to 2008, Mr. Sznewajs was a principal in the investment banking division of Piper Jaffray & Co., focusing on mergers and acquisitions.  Previously, Mr. Sznewajs structured commercial mortgage-backed securities at Nomura Securities International.  Prior to joining Nomura, Mr. Sznewajs was a manager within the audit group at Ernst & Young LLP.   Mr. Sznewajs received a BS in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University and an MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
