Description:  Based in Wadsworth, OH, Rohrer Corporation is a leading manufacturer of high-visibility consumer packaging, including graphically intensive skin, blister, folding carton, and clamshell packaging.  The Company serves a diverse customer base across a variety of end markets, such as hardware, office supplies, batteries, consumer electronics, and personal care.

Background/Purpose:  The owners, who founded and built Rohrer over more than 35 years, sought to diversify their personal net worth and partner with a strong financial sponsor to capitalize on growth opportunities.  ShoreView structured a transaction that allowed the owners to achieve their objectives and also enabled them to retain a substantial ownership stake in the Company.  The founders continue to be involved with the Company in a management capacity.

Growth Strategy:

• Support organic growth by expanding sales with existing customers, continuing to develop new products, and penetrating additional end markets.
