Description:  Based in Niagara Falls, NY, Niagara Thermal Products is a leading designer and manufacturer of highly-engineered heat transfer products.  The Company serves a wide range of markets, including defense, aviation, marine, commercial, industrial, and several niche commercial and industrial segments.

Background/Purpose:  Niagara’s two institutional owners were seeking liquidity given their funds’ lives were nearing an end.  ShoreView partnered with Niagara’s management team in a management buyout that provided liquidity for the institutional owners, and provided the Company and its management with a strong financial partner supportive of the Company’s growth plans.

Growth Strategy:

• Support organic growth by acquiring new customers, expanding business with current customers, and making strategic investments in new capabilities.
• Opportunistically pursue add-on acquisitions to add complementary products and broaden the Company’s customer base.
