manufacturing facilities, distribution centers,
retail non-food facilities, restaurants, and
food processing facilities.
Background/Purpose: The owners,
having founded and built TMI over a period of
eighteen years, were seeking to diversify their
personal net worth and partner with a strong
financial sponsor to support organic and acquisition
growth initiatives. ShoreView structured
a transaction that allowed the owners to achieve
both of these objectives and also enabled them
to retain a substantial ownership stake in the
Company.
