Eagle is the second acquisition in ShoreView’s development of a diversified environmental services investment strategy.

Based in Eastland, TX, Eagle provides environmental remediation and emergency response services from a footprint of ten service centers located in five states.

Eagle joins ShoreView’s current platform, Southern Waste Services, Inc, to create a leading super regional environmental services firm operating in the Southern and Midwestern United States.
