The Partners of ShoreView Industries are pleased to announce that American De Rosa Lamparts, LLC (“ADL”), a ShoreView portfolio company, has acquired the assets of Concord Fans.  Concord is a designer and distributor of ceiling fans and light fixtures.

The acquisition provides ADL with complementary product lines and sales channels.
