The Partners of ShoreView Industries are pleased to announce that Hamilton Engineering, Inc. (“HEI”), a ShoreView portfolio company, has acquired Petroleum Engineers, Inc. (“PEI”).

Based in Lafayette, Louisiana, PEI is a petroleum engineering and consulting firm.  The acquisition provides HEI the opportunity to further expand its geographic footprint, customer and consultant base, and engineering services offering.

ShoreView assisted HEI in the acquisition.
