Hallmark is the second acquisition in ShoreView’s diversified lighting products investment strategy. Based in Chatsworth, CA, Hallmark is a lighting products manufacturer that specializes in guestroom lighting for the upscale and luxury segments of the hospitality industry.

The acquisition complements ShoreView’s current lighting platform, American-De Rosa Lamparts, with additional product lines and sales channels.
