The Partners of ShoreView Industries are pleased to announce that TMI International,
LLC, a ShoreView portfolio company, has acquired the assets of FlexBarrier Products,
Inc. This represents TMI’s second acquisition in 2007.
Based in Norcross, Georgia, FlexBarrier is a manufacturer of dock doors, strip
doors, curtain walls, clean rooms, and enclosures. The acquisition provides
TMI with complementary product lines, sales channels, and a strategically located
distribution hub.
