The Partners of ShoreView Industries are pleased to announce that Hamilton Engineering, Inc. (“HEI”), a ShoreView portfolio company, has acquired Atlantis E&P Services, Inc.

Based in Houston, Texas, Atlantis is a petroleum industry subsurface consulting company.
The acquisition provides HEI the opportunity to further expand its reservoir engineering, geoscience, and wellsite geological consulting services to the petroleum industry.
