The Partners of ShoreView Industries are pleased to announce that TMI International, LLC, a ShoreView portfolio company, has acquired the assets of Win Plastic Extrusions, Inc.  Based in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, Win, is a manufacturer of PVC plastic sheeting.

The acquisition provides TMI with a captive supply of PVC sheeting and combines the strong sales and distribution network of TMI with Win’s manufacturing capabilities.
