On May 23, 2003, ShoreView held a final closing for its private equity fund, ShoreView Capital Partners, L.P.

The fund is dedicated to investing in lower middle market companies in North America.

A very positive response in the fundraising market allowed ShoreView to close the fund at its self-imposed cap of $300,000,000 in limited partnership interests.
