The Principals of ShoreView Industries are pleased to announce that Labnet International, Inc., a ShoreView portfolio company, has acquired PZ HTL S.A.  Based in Warsaw, Poland, HTL is a manufacturer of liquid handling laboratory products such as pipettes, pipetting controllers, repetitive dispensers and burettes.

The acquisition provides an opportunity for vertical integration and combines the strong sales and distribution capabilities of Labnet with HTL’s product development and manufacturing capabilities.  This is Labnet's second acquisition since Labnet was acquired by Axygen, Inc. in March 2004.

ShoreView assisted Labnet in the acquistion of the Company.
